1. Agreement and eligibility
By ordering, activating or using a Hello Sky service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be legally able to enter an agreement in your location and provide accurate order and support information.
2. Service scope
Hello Sky provides account access intended for use through compatible IPTV players. Live channels, movies, series, categories, EPG, catch-up and resolution options can change. No particular channel, event, title, bitrate or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing for a specific order.
3. Accounts and credentials
Credentials are for the authorized customer and connection count. Keep them private. You may not publicly share, restream, scrape, copy, redistribute or resell access except through an authorized reseller arrangement. Excess simultaneous connections, abuse or security risk can result in restriction or suspension.
4. Compatible devices and apps
You are responsible for a compatible device, supported player and adequate internet connection. Third-party player apps can have separate fees, terms, availability and updates. Hello Sky is not the developer of every compatible player and cannot guarantee an app store will retain a particular app.
5. Orders, prices and activation
Prices are those confirmed at order time. Displayed website prices are in USD. Activation begins after payment and account checks. Timing can vary. Review duration, connection count, app cost and any special configuration before paying.
6. Trial and evaluation
The 24-hour trial is provided to check practical compatibility and current service behavior. Trial availability, configuration and repeated-trial eligibility can be limited to prevent abuse.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized retransmission, credential theft, network attacks, automated extraction or rights infringement. You are responsible for local law and for content choices made through your account.
8. Reseller terms
Resellers must obtain written credit rules, protect panel access, market honestly, support their customers and follow applicable tax, consumer, privacy and licensing obligations. Per-credit rates do not state a minimum order or total. Unused credits and refunds are governed by the current written reseller terms.
9. Availability and maintenance
Sources, infrastructure, apps and networks may experience maintenance, congestion or temporary failures. Reasonable support and restoration efforts do not amount to a guarantee of continuous service.
10. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the separate refund policy. Use the trial and report issues promptly with enough detail to investigate.
11. Intellectual property
The Hello Sky website design and original text are protected. Third-party names, logos and programming remain property of their owners and do not imply partnership or endorsement.
12. Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period. These terms may be updated for service, security, legal or operational reasons. Material changes apply from the posted update date.
