Hello Sky respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Third-party channel names, logos, artwork and programming remain property of their owners. Reference on this website does not claim ownership or imply endorsement.
Required notice information
A copyright notice should include:
- identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list;
- the exact website URL or service location of the material at issue;
- your name, organization, address, telephone and email;
- a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent or law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Send the notice
Email a complete notice to support@hellosky.tv with “Copyright Notice” in the subject. Incomplete or vague notices can delay review.
Review and action
Valid notices are reviewed in good faith. Appropriate action can include requesting more information, correcting a webpage, restricting access or contacting a relevant service provider. Submission does not guarantee a particular legal outcome.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was restricted by mistake, send identification of the affected material, the prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact information, consent to appropriate jurisdiction where legally required and your signature.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice can create liability. Consider qualified legal advice if you are uncertain about ownership, authorization, fair use or jurisdiction.
